Occupants of home have moved debris and garbage from backyard into back alley.

Black bin overfilled more than a week before scheduled garbage pick up for this street. Trash bag left on ground and birds are ripping the bags open spreading debris in the back alley.

There are multiple black bags of garbage behind the garage .. some are torn open .. garbage collection day is over a week away and the birds/animals will only make it worse.

Some mattresses and bins fell over blocking the lane between 26 and 27 avenue, closer to the 18 street entrance to the avenue, behind 1832 27 avenue.
