McDougall Rd Cycletrack not cleared of snow; icy, rutted, and unsafe

Bike path under Cushing bridge in Inglewood. Looks like someone had a fire. Needs clean up. Hazardous to bikers and wild life. Also bike parts at the maintenance door under the bridge as well.

Base for Bollard still stuck in ground creating a hazard people can not see. Should be removed. I can see somebody hitting this and falling off of their bike or going flying over the handlebars of their scooter

Extremely unsafe icy pathways. High risk of injury. Please rectify this situation asap before someone gets badly hurt. Thank you
