With Stoney open, a lot of traffic going SB on 85 st turns west on Old Banff Coach. A right hand turn lane would help alleviate some congestion at this intersection and improve the flow of traffic.

My suggestion is this intersection needs a traffic signal. We notice accidents are very frequent at this intersection. There was one yesterday and one today as well. Carrington Blvd and 144 ave NW.

U-turns happen here during morning rush and it is very dangerous and disrupts traffic flow. There is also not enough room for U-turns here so people of close to hitting parked cars.
