New home builder has badly damaged the back lane by operating heavy equipment in soft conditions

Many new potholes post construction of new builds

The entrance to the Alleyway has a pipe sticking out of the ground. The one side is about 1 inch above ground level. This is normally flat level to the ground.

Giant potholes in the beginning of alley

Laneway was paved last May and now water is pooling in garage. Paid additional amount to get bib paved but grading throughout the laneway backs up to my garage.
