Cul de sac is sheer ice

Road is very icy and rutted- this corner is already bad for cars flying around the corner. It's treacherous right now

The whole Back alley here in Faldale Close is covered by black ice and we need rock salt. Cars get stuck every time they pass through the back alley and residents aren't safe to throw garbage into their garbage bins.
