laneway between Waverley Dr and Warwick Dr is extremely potholed

Tons of potholes in the back alley. High traffic area and I'm worried about my vehicle maintenance. Please fix ASAP

Huge potholes in the alley between Lindsay Dr and Lionel Cres need repair. The entrance into the alley off 63 Ave is particularly bad with many large holes.

Recently the back lane was re graded to take out many old pot holes that developed last winter. However the resulting drainage issues as shown in the photos requires immediate attention. Standing water for weeks after a rain event.

Years of adding gravel has cause the elevation of the lane to be too high. This is cause water to pool and flow back into garages. The lane grade needs to be cut and sloped for drainage.

Two massive potholes in alley are preventing small cars from passing . City doesn't seem to want to do anything about them.
