There has been poor drainage in the alley since it was graded a few weeks ago. Photo taken several hours after rain ended. Pooling worse during rain

Freshly graded back alley already has ruts in it from recent rainfall making driving difficult.

After last nights storm gravel is all washed out of back alley on to road and storm drain on corner is also full of gravel.
