Shrubs, Flowers, Leaves Maintenance in a Park-WAM at 96 Canata Close SW Southwest Calgary

Hello - along the walkway between 91 and 96 Canata Close there is a lot of Creeping Bellflower growing. I think it needs to be treated before it spreads through the rest of the block/neighbourhood. (you can't see it in the photo, but walk through that area and you'll see it!)
Issue: Flower / Shrub maintenance
Describe the concern in detail: Creeping bellflower is highly noxious and will push out other plants from the area. It's also hard to kill! Would love to see it stop dead before it spreads more
