Intersection of Ranchero and John Laurie Blvd NW - westbound side. Manhole cover set very low after repaving the area.

Specific details of the issue: My car's front suspension and wheel felt like it was going to be destroyed by the manhole cover set too low and uneven. This area was all recently paved and the cover is dangerously set too low.
