Tree Maintenance - City Owned at 2520 16 A St SE
About the satin month infestation in Inglewood by the ICA community hall. All the poplar trees by the playground have had a huge satin moth infestations for a couple years (last summer was really bad). It should be easy to wrap a band around the trees with gum as they do for dutch elm disease to reduce the population (as the catepillars climb up the tree trunks). That would make a huge difference to the usability of the playground. Can neighbours get together to do this if the city does not?
