Leftmost lane going west on the trans Canada. I have noticed that in the morning it takes between three and five cycles of the lights in order to make it through the intersection during rush hour. This is both true in the evenings and in the mornings. The leftmost lane winds up backing up other lanes of traffic occasionally, as well. Thank you for looking into this issue.
