Fence Concern in a Park at 193 Tuscarora Ht NW

Far west field of Tuscarora soccer field: Fence does not reach the ground and can't stop soccer balls.
Describe the concern. Balls go under or around the Tuscarora soccer field fence multiple times per game. Climbing through the trees, grasses and high rocks to retrieve balls is definitely a safety issue. The yellow line I added is the area of concern. I have more photos.
