Manhole Damage at 2022 35 Av SW

Hello. I submitted this request and the number was 22-00579102. Received an email asking to update the SR regarding the hole being on private property but I don't see an option to do that. The hole is not on private property. It is in the gravel back alley for apartment 2024 35 Ave SW. The city just graded the back alley (and did a fine job) however this seems to be an issue developing. Thanks!
