We have a giant lake between our house and the 3rd ave sw entrance to our alley. It's about 2 car lengths long, almost as wide as the alley and around 4" deep. Our alley was regraded yesterday (thank you!), but it didn't fix, or improve the "lake". Can it be filled? It's a giant patch of ice in the winter and a muddy mess in other seasons.
