Fence Concern in a Park-WAM at 140 Macewan Park Green NW

Off leash park in MacEwan which doesn't have one unless there has been a relaxation of the on leash rules on Nose Hill Park surrounding the pond. I would suggest a chain link fence (like the other fences). It would parallel the path, off set by a small amount (dictated by the parks) with open ends near the existing garbage cans. And maybe man gates for mid-span access.
Describe the concern. no OLA for Macewan must cross major roads for OLA
