Un-safe structure and Encampment on EAST side of the park in public space. Down in the park behind house 5428 Centre A Street NE. Residence of this encampment frequently are going through bins in community, This is very close to an elementary school and area where children go sledding. As far as I know there is NO camping in the park!!
