Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM at 3004 Parkdale Bv NW

Do you see a ramp? This on road bike lane has a curb and path to access the bike paths along memorial/parkdale. But if you look in the photo there's only a windrow. This looked to be an issue at several other curb ramps in the area along the bike corridor as I biked.
