Sidewalk or Curb - Repair at 3617 8 St SW

A crack that needs fixing. I tripped on this during my run and I could have been really hurt. This is the worst crack I have coke across.
Nature of Concern: Protruding Sidewalk Edge (Trip Edge)

Specific Details: Big crack in sidewalk between the last house and the church by the big tree.
