Gravel on common road for commuting by bike

Specific Details of Issue: There is still a lot of gravel on the sides. Since this is already a narrow road and a popular street for commuting it forces bikes to move into the middle and cars have a more difficult time passing. There is also gravel in the middle of the road which is dangerous coming down the hill due to losing traction at speed.
