Describe Issue: The timing crossing 17Av from/to Sirocco Stn is very short (from A to B in the morning and B to A at the evening) , specially in AM and PM rush hours. The # of people crossing 17 Av (East side) is higher than people in the other 3 crosssings. You need to wait so much time, more than 4 min when the CT train safe bars are down. 21 secs are not enough and people need to run almoat all the time in rush hours.
