Poor timing and unable to turn when a ctrain crosses

Describe Issue: Still unable to turn left onto westbound 17th Ave SW from northbound Sirocco Drive SW when a ctrain is crossing. Been mentioned that this is being "investigated" but there's literally nothing being done at all. In winter, drivers watch their gas go quicker from idling, pedestrians can't cross to catch the train to school and work or would rather jaywalk and risk lives in order to be on time. A left turn light for cars turning onto westbound 17th Ave SW from Sirocco Drive is once again, needed
