Cycle track phase timing extension

Road you are travelling on: 12th Ave SE (cycletrack)

Direction of Travel: West

Time of Day: Midday

Describe Issue: The advance bicycle signal for West/East movement is not long enough. If there are 5 or more cyclists in either direction, the phase will be red before they have had a chance to clear the intersection. I believe the green bike signal phase is around 8 seconds, but it should be extended. It is interesting to note that the pedestrian signal is active for much longer. This is an issue at any time of day, but particularly at AM and PM rush hours. I just happened to be using it at midday with a group
