Backlane Maintenance at 309 Masters Rd SE Southeast Calgary
Alleyway work at mouth of alley (black liquid added to surface by City of Calgary) has splashed and stained white vinyl fence. Doesn't wash off.

Specific details of the issue: The mouth of our alley behind 309 Masters Rd SE was covered in a black oil or tar by the City of Calgary. When they sprayed the product on the gravel it also sprayed our white vinyl fence and has stained the entire rear section that faces out to the alley.
