Location Details: On 9th Street between 12th Avenue and the alley towards 13th avenue, there is a missing sign. Previously it said parking by permit only. We are in a residential parking zone, Zone C. Earlier this year a city sidewalk crew replaced our sidewalk, but in the process knocked off the parking sign and never replaced it. So for the last 6 months anybody has been parking in front of the townhouses because there is no signage indicating that they can't. Not only that, they are still ticketing.
