Details of request: Crossing over Evanston Way NW from Evanston Grande to the storm pond is very unsafe. Senior residents are trying to cross to enjoy time at the park/pond and have to deal with cars flying down the street, downhill, with a slight curve. Rapid flashing beacons would be the ultimate wish here.
