We would like to have this low corner on the south west side of Masters Square SE. this happens every year where snow melts and freezes and damages the sidewalk. There is no drain on this side and it's needed. We and our neighbors cannot stop the water from coming back up from the street onto the sidewalk. Lucky this year it isn't as bad but last year was a nightmare. Sidewalk is cracked from 107 to 119 and needs to be replaced... again.
