Please install traffic lights instead of having this 3 way stop

Details of request: Please install traffic lights instead of what we have - 3 way stop. Each car stops at the 3 way stop and it is causing a traffic jam. This long lineup of cars happens every morning on the weekdays. There is 3 way stop ahead. The other 2 directions have almost zero cars and this lane is backed up as far as Nose Hill Drive. Sometimes you cannot even turn from Nose Hill.
