Following up on previous request: 24-00050059. Please see comments in screenshot. The sign on the median makes it look like cars in the inside lane can go straight by going around the median, when that lane should be for turning. Drivers in the right lane also go straight or turn right. It needs a sign indicating which lane goes straight or that the inside lane is for turning.
