Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk

Type of Sidewalk: Concrete

Specific Details: The sidewalk/pathway is cracked and snow melts and the water stays there. I try to push the water away but water again finds its way to the sunken area. It's a slip and trip hazard and needs immediate attention.

Specific Location: In Front of my house after the driveway.
