Snow On City-maintained Pathway or Sidewalk-WAM (OLD SR) at 108 Millpark Rd SW

This pathway connects Millrise residents to Our Lady of Peace School (K-9) and the Millrise community rinks, baseball diamonds and soccer fields. It is heavily used. It is on a slope from the park and gets heavily frozen and is extremely dangerous to walk on. This is my second request, I believe the first one resulted in gravel and ice melt being applied, which was helpful. I know this dangerous situation only occurs during winter months but perhaps a more permanent solution is needed.
