Unfenced off-leash dog area (HOU-001) at 14th St and 10Ave NW
Describe the concern. There is no fencing in this designated off-leash park. There is a real concern that dogs can run on to 14th St NW, a very busy street. Our community needs one fenced-in off-leash park. Thank you.
