City contractor (DDS Consulting) is undertaking sound wall reconstruction on the east side of 14 St SW just south of the pedestrian bridge across from Rockyview Hospital. Tracked mud on roadway, piles of mud in gutter, and leaking hydraulic fluid from parked equipment. Needs a Bylaw visit.
