Specific details of the issue: The patched road area where waterworks was working on pipes under road has sunk and we now have to go around the area for safety purposes. Could be a sink hole waiting to happen.

Specific location details: On the south side of 78th avenue between 4a Street and alley to the east backing onto Kingsland drypond.
