After the construction of the house across the lane from me, the heavy trucks and equipment have damaged the lane substantially. In front of the new house it is a mud lane. The heavy gear also created potholes everywhere. This is a significant erosion control issue. Everyone is tracking mud onto the road which ends up in the bow river.
