Backlane Maintenance at 1114 42 St SW

I have a lake behind my garage! I've not been paying taxes on on lake front land and really don't want to. The children of Rosscarrock are going to start yo be able to swim back here. No idea how deep it is. If I see fish I'll cal animal control but so far nothing.

Specific details of the issue: Well, it's a lake. It wind drain like all the other back ally lakes drain. Let it be free!
