A newly constructed apartment building in the neighbourhood has caused traffic congestion to funnel into an narrow area of 17 ST SE. It becomes a 1-way during rush hour & other times due to the cars now parking on narrow East side (basically parking on the roadway), and unsure if Emergency vehicles could fit/access. Mitigation (no parking) can be easily added in the specific narrow area.

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Add No Parking signs on the East side (new building's side) of 17 ST SE next to 17 AVE SE intersection, extending North towards 15th AVE SE (e.g. add No Parking signs on East side of 17 ST & 17 AVE SE intersection, extending about 20 meters towards 15 AVE SE). 20 meters of no parking on the East side should solve the issue caused by the (new) protruding sidewalk/grassy area, which caused the narrowing of roadway.
