Specific Details: 8 sections of sidewalk have deep cracks which at some point were patched but that did not last. 22-00210313 Another 3-4 sections are now cracking. Dangerous for my disabled daughter to make her way around our yard.

Specific Location: Millpark Road north of Millpark Way. Sidewalk is the frontage of 60 Millpark Way.
