Random fence across sidewalk. Unmarked, no detour warning, poor visibility behind trees/turn of the road. I was connecting from one bike path to another and crashed into this fence! Could not stop in time. Had 10 ft to react. Sustained injuries. Who is responsible for randomly fencing off pathways?! Jerks.
