A few months ago, we called 311 to have 13 Ave graded and holes filled. In June, we called for an update, and we were told the contractor had done it (they hadn't but yet the city had been charged and the ticket was closed). They opened a new ticket and this week, the contractor came to do it but didn't bother to do a good job and none of the holes were filled. I imagine they will bill you as having done the job, but it hasn't been done. The traffic on this road is very high due to SAIT students
