Sidewalk is sinking and cracking causing a tripping hazard. It is getting worse every week.

Specific Details: Sidewalk has been sinking and causing a tripping hazard. It is chipping off as well and losing large chunks of concrete.
Specific Location: Between buildings 4250 and 4350 along the north side of Seton Drive. On the NW corner of the 3 way intersection of Seton Drive and 42 St. SE.
