Pedestrian crossing and new speed limit

Issue: New Painted Crosswalk Request

Details of request: Right in front of Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton there's no line paint for pedestrian crossing and speed limit is 50 for this street (45 St. SE) At the same time it's a school zone. School is the next building after YMCA. It definitely requires line painting for pedestrian crossing and new speed limit - 30km/h. Every time people try to cross the street- cars just ignore them and often drive about 60km/h
