Cleaner used dirty mop on a daily basis on the floor. No machine was used on the floor cleaner. Cleaner needs to receive additional training on how to always change water and use proper chemicals, and why transit station quality is decreasing day by day, and why it needs improvement. After cleaning today, it still smelled like dead mice. Totally lack of supervision and unprofessional cleaners
