Yes, three locations at this intersection are fitted with surface pooling devices however my experience after living at this location for five full years is that the water takes 6-8 full hours to fully recede into the drainage network. This is well beyond your allotted two hours for the surface water to drain. Please recalibrate the ICD directly in front of 76 Covepark Drive NE as it appears problematic whereas the adjacent two ICD drainage devices appear to be functioning fine w/settings.
