Issue: Uneven Surface / Cracks

Specific details of the issue: Since the city put in the traffic calming measures, water from the rain, melting snow does not drain from on front of our house. This has been an on going issue and I do believe it will cause issues as it drains via cracks in the road and along the curb. This draining issue is compounded by the tree shedding the seeds and plugging up the gutter.
