Between 50th ave and glenmore trail on Elbow Dr there is a lot of garbage and debris. West side of street. Seems to be mostly debris from builders. Also, there is still a lot of gravel on sidewalk from WINTER that was never cleaned. Empty property cuts long grass and dumps on sidewalk. Also loads of garbage on these sites that blows all over. They ripped out the beautiful trees and created a dump and impassable sidewalks for people like me who use mobility aids.

Specific Details of issue: Builders allowed to rip out beautiful, healthy trees and leave garbage and debris on sidewalk, roadway and edge of property. City has not cleaned the sidewalk of gravel from winter so people with disabilities are unable to use
