Poor water drainage, water collects and sits directly behind my garage. Every winter with the Chinooks, freeze/thaw cycles, I am unable to use the garage as the water/ice that collects directly behind the garage either prevents me from entering or exiting the garage without getting trapped in the large ice puddle that forms behind the garage. The water hole that forms in the ice is typically approximately 3-4" deep and is enough to trap my car. A tow has been required in the past to get out.
