The sidewalk in front of the fourplex is in serious disrepair. There is one dip where the garage once was before I fill that fills up with water during the thaw then ices during the freeze and is a serious concern for slips and fall. No amount of salt can alleviate this. There are also large cracks, missing sidewalk and uneven cracked portions on the corner that are tripping hazards. I've seen people trip over them and it's only a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt.
