This sign was previously a no turn at anytime sign, excepting bikes and transit. Why was it changed to allow turns now most of the day and all day Saturday/Sunday? This increases cut through traffic, which is the opposite of what the community has been advocating for. It was no turns at anytime for over 20 years and local traffic managed just fine with the other available routes. There was no need to change it, so why the change?
