Settling across large areas of road around manhole

Specific details of the issue: Expansion of settling and expansion of cracking in asphalt across road around manhole. Looks like it's been previously repaired but continues to increase in severity vehicles are now avoiding it and driving towards sidewalk and parked cars to avoid it

Specific location details: Second manhole near the bottom of the road from the west.
