This is the second person that has tripped on this heed sidewalk in front of our house that has required medical attention.
Nature of Concern: Heaving / Sinking Sidewalk
Type of Sidewalk: Concrete
Specific Details: Sidewalk is heave to the point that I have to paint it with fluorescent paint to warn people during the day but at night they can't see it
